I’m Chrissy Geary Gorbecki.

I help people and organizations bring steadiness and clarity to work that matters.

My background spans financial stewardship, operations, project support, and design. Over time, those threads have come together into a single way of working: holding structure so meaningful work can move forward without unnecessary strain.

I’m drawn to organizing complexity with care. Much of my work involves managing details, maintaining continuity, and creating systems that feel supportive rather than rigid. My goal is always to reduce friction, protect energy, and make space for what matters most.

I work best with people who value meaning first, trust thoughtful process, and want support that is steady, human, and long-term. This is not fast or transactional work. It’s relational, considered, and built to last.

Outside of client work, I’m grounded by home, creativity, and time spent noticing what brings quiet order to everyday life. Those values shape how I work.
